These terms are for the appointment text program of TEASE SALON LLC, doing business as TEASE HAIR SALON & BOUTIQUE (Tease Salon), 10840 York Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030.

Program description

Tease Salon sends text messages to clients who have opted in. Messages are appointment confirmations when you book, a request one week before your visit to reply YES to confirm, and a reminder 24 hours before. You will receive up to 3 messages per appointment. This program is for appointment notices only. It is not marketing.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is up to 3 messages per appointment.

How to get help and how to opt out

HELP: Reply HELP to any Tease Salon text, call 410-878-2007, or email jenny@teasesalonmd.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to any Tease Salon text to cancel. After you opt out you will not receive further appointment texts unless you opt in again.

Consent

You can opt in on our website when you create an account or book online, by checking a box that is not pre-checked. You can also opt in at the salon or by phone after a staff member reads our consent script and you say yes. Consent is not required to book an appointment. If you say no, we will not send these texts.

Privacy

How we collect and use information, including SMS opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can fail if your number is unreachable, your device is off, or your carrier blocks the message.
