TEASE SALON LLC, doing business as TEASE HAIR SALON & BOUTIQUE (Tease Salon) (“we,” “us”), operates the salon at 10840 York Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030, and this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you book, create an account, visit the salon, or contact us, including:

• Name, mobile phone number, email address, and account password
• Appointment details (services, stylist, date and time, notes you provide)
• Address, birthday, and other profile details if you or our staff add them to your client record
• SMS opt-in and opt-out choices for appointment texts
• Payment information processed by Square when you pay at the salon (we do not store full card numbers)

If you create an online account, we also use a session cookie so you stay logged in while you book. The site may log basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments
• Create and maintain your client account and service history
• Take payment and issue receipts through Square
• Respond to questions and provide customer care
• Send appointment text messages only if you have opted in

Text messages

If you opt in, Tease Salon may send appointment texts: a confirmation when you book, a request one week before to reply YES to confirm, and a reminder 24 hours before (up to 3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the salon, such as our website host, Square (payments), and our text-messaging provider (to deliver opted-in appointment texts). They may use your information only to provide those services. We may also share information if required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of appointment texts by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your client record by calling 410-878-2007 or emailing jenny@teasesalonmd.com, subject to records we must keep for the business.
